Categ.3 stelle, il bed and breakfast il Cocus è una nuova costruzione sita in Milazzo, in zona centralissima a meno di 50 m dal porto per l'imbarco per le Isole Eolie, 100 m dalla suggestiva spiaggia di Ponente, 150 m dal centro storico e dalla particolare Marina Garibaldi. La sua posizione permette una vacanza all'insegna della comodità e della tranquillità. Offriamo camere climatizzate, con servizi privati, tv color, frigo\bar e posto auto a richiesta. La pulizia e il cambio biancheria delle camere verra' effettuata giornalmente come da regolamento nazionale per i b&b a tre stelle. Lo stabile proprio per la sua posizione, offre aree verdi per ogni camera.

L'appartamento si presenta in forma vacanziera in un contesto condominiale signorile, ideale per due coppie con bambini, totalmente climatizzato ed arredato, composto da tre camere da letto, due bagni, cucina e ingresso soggiorno. Ogni camera da letto è composta da un armadio due ante, due comodini, una scrivania e tv color, la cucina è fornita di terraglia varia. Il prezzo include consumi di luce, acqua e gas, non è inclusa la pulizia finale di €30,00 ed il noleggio di biancheria da bagno e da letto. Su richiesta possibilità di posto auto a pagamento.

The stable one is near the port for the isole Eolie,just for its position,offers to areas greens for every rooms.

The apartment is in an elegant vacation in a condo luxurious, ideal for two couples with children, fully air-conditioned and furnished, comprising of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and entrance room. Each bedroom is a cabinet made up of two panels, two nightstands, a desk and color TV, the kitchen is equipped with various pottery. The price includes electricity , water and gas , not including the final cleaning of € 30.00 and the hire of linen and towels . Upon request, a parking fee.
